The records of the United States Patent and Trademark Office show that an application for registration of the Mark Super Sunday was filed in the office: that the application was examined and determined to be in compliance with the requirements of the law and with the regulations prescribed by the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office: and that the Applicant is entitled to registration of the Mark under the Trademark Act of 1946, as Amended.

Why Don't People Respect Our Federal Registered Trade Mark? RE: Super Sunday (R) Motorcycle Shows Est 1987.

I do not understand why some people do not think it important to correct any postings regarding Marcus Dairy in re: to Super Sunday (R) Motorcycle Shows.

Super Sunday has been recognized by the federal government as having been established by Don Clady in 1987 and is now a Federal Registered Trade Mark Originated & Owned by Don Clady.

The use of this mark in anyway related to Marcus Dairy as Super Sunday Motorcycle Shows is in violation of Federal Trademark Law.

Please correct any and all postings or forward links of the same to dccj14@aol.com and they will be handled in accordance to the law.
